POWER: GUIDELINES ______________________________[CLAN / BLOODLINE / ABILITIES] Start with 1 FREE (C-RANK) Power. Extra Powers must be purchased at 100 Rp Tokens each GENIN) + 2 Extra (B-RANK) Powers CHUNIN) + 2 Extra (A-RANK) Powers JONIN) + 1 Extra (S-RANK) Powers
Powers have the option of being Innate or Activated. INNATE POWERS: Cost no chakra to use, and is constantly in play. ACTIVATED POWERS: Cost chakra (Optionally have durations / "Back-Lash"), and is "Turned-On" as a Free-Action. BONUSES: Activated Powers stack with Innate Powers, granting for greater range in values.
